Pamela Owen Adams is a co-founder of K|D|A Brookwood and a principal of Owen Adams Consulting of San Francisco.

Pamela has 31 years of experience, 13 with HOK in urban design and planning for projects in both the public and private sectors. Her specialties include facilities planning, urban design and development master planning with particular strengths in strategic planning. Pamela has excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage projects requiring a consultant team and coordination of input from multiple client groups. Pamela has extensive experience in programming and feasibility studies for new facilities.

Pamela has a Masters of City and Regional Planning in Urban Design from Harvard University, and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Texas. She is a licensed Architect in the state of California and a LEED accredited professional.

Justin L. Jee has over 7 years of professional experience in the development field, focused in development, acquisitions, and project management, both principally and for private clients.

Prior to joining K|D|A Brookwood, he served in multiple roles for San Francisco based real estate development company, ARCON, Inc. While there he actively participated in all phases of the company's projects throughout Northern California and Hawaii.

Justin worked seasonally for Lyman Jee Architects and Associates, from 1996 thru 2000, drafting tenant improvement schematics and managing documents for two office buildings in San Francisco known as Hawthorne Plaza.

Justin holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Economics and Policy from University of California, Berkeley, and is a member of the Urban Land Institute.
